Jim's cow light drawing

It’s a cow of course. Not as good as Picasso’s. Ah, the wonders of light drawing in a field.

Sony Ericsson owners possibly quite dim

Wednesday, July 11th, 2007

I’d only been at Glastonbury for one day, when, like an arse, I lost my phone and had to rely on a network of mates phones for the rest of the festival. Anyway, I wrote to the lost property people who sent me a list of phones that they have, asking me for my IMEI number. Mine wasn’t there.

Of the phones languishing in lost property, 25 were Nokia, 13 were Samsung, 9 were Sony Ericsson, plus there’s 1 Lobster and 1 Sagem. What’s a Lobster? Anyway, Nokia outsells Sony Ericsson by about 450%, and Samsung outsells Sony Ericsson by 200%. This means there should have only been 5 Sony Ericsson phones in lost property, not 9. This isn’t all that scientific as these figures are old, and not just for the UK, but humour me anyway.

Does this mean that Sony Ericsson owners are much more carefree? Or just a bit stupid?
